We’re an independent Marketing Consultancy and Creative Studio based in London (hybrid working) with a team of thinkers and doers that work with some of the world's biggest brands, including AXA, NHS and Fox’s Burtons Biscuits. THE ROLE
This role requires a positive and ambitious account handler who has a real passion and flair for managing client relationships and strong project delivery skills. Joining our high-performing Client Services team, you will be given the opportunity to work across a range of clients, working closely with all internal departments and acquiring new skills and experiences. You’ll be able to spin multiple plates and manage numerous elements of different live projects on time and on budget. You need to be super collaborative, efficient and organised with hands-on experience of working in a similar client services role at an integrated, digital and/or creative agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be a driving force behind our work moving smoothly through the agency and to client delivery.
- Management of projects on time, on budget, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Creation of scopes, costs, timing plans & change requests, as well as other required administration tasks, including ongoing management of status documents and updates.
- Timely and accurate booking of resource requirements with proactive forward planning.
- Collaborate closely with our SAM and SAD to ensure all projects are advancing according to scope and timeline, and with the best possible client experience.
- Briefing teams effectively, ensuring work is of a high standard and in line with the client brief & objectives.
- Confident written and verbal communication with and management of key client contacts.
- Quickly build trust and rapport with your key client contacts.
- Building and using your client and brand knowledge to help shape our work.
- Bringing the client perspective to internal meetings and meaningfully contributing to internal reviews.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar client facing / account management role.
- Proven project management skills with examples of having successfully delivered a range of creative projects such as content-led social and digital, film production and experiential.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Streamtime or similar.
- Confident and able to liaise with our client teams verbally and over email.
- An understanding of creative and production processes, from brief to delivery, including experience of working directly with studio teams, e.g. designers, developers, editors.
- Passionate about creativity and marketing with a proactive attitude to learning and personal development/growth.
- Super-organised with fantastic attention to detail and excellent written English and numeracy skills.
- Articulate, professional and personable with excellent overall time management.
- Experience working in health, FMCG or regulated markets preferable, but not required.
- Positive energy and a team player with the ability to pull colleagues along when needed.

- We are currently piloting a 4-day working week as an agency, with the ambition to make this a permanent shift in H2.
- Hybrid working, with team days on Wednesdays and some work from client offices as needed.
