Your mission

As a Technical Field Trainer, you take on the technical and instructional ownership of trainings, workshops, and bootcamps covering Large Language Models, generative AI, and modern AI application development.

You are the key link between complex AI technology and the people who need to use it in their daily work – from software engineers and solution architects to sales and business stakeholders at our enterprise and strategic partner organizations.

In this role, you make sure technical knowledge is delivered in a practical, understandable way that matches each audience's level of experience, directly driving adoption and successful use of new AI technologies.

  • You deliver instructor‑led bootcamps, technical workshops, and hands‑on lab sessions for partner organizations.
  • You design training for varied audiences, including engineers, developers, solution architects, technical consultants, sales teams, and business stakeholders.
  • You lead practical implementation exercises and technical labs.
  • You troubleshoot participant issues live during workshops and lab environments.
  • You translate complex AI concepts into practical, business‑relevant use cases.
  • You drive engagement and active participation across both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • You represent our organization professionally and confidently with enterprise and strategic partner organizations.
  • You maintain consistency and quality of delivery across global regions and audiences.

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Background in technical training, developer education, software development, technical consulting, or technical enablement
  • Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or enablement programs for professional audiences
  • Hands‑on experience building, supporting, or teaching labs for LLM‑based platforms, generative AI applications, AI agents, or developer‑facing AI solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to have: experience delivering enterprise technical enablement programs for global technology organizations
  • Nice to have: experience with AI/ML platforms, generative AI ecosystems, developer relations, technical partner enablement, or cloud infrastructure
  • Nice to have: adult learning, facilitation, technical instruction, or corporate enablement certifications
