Your mission is to be responsible for the sales success of our clients in the markets of leading retail companies. This includes maintaining existing relationships and establishing new business contacts and stores, monitoring and improving the POS, negotiating special placements and listings, motivating and training sales staff, and actively selling our products to stores. You will also plan, negotiate, and implement local marketing activities to increase sales, along with ongoing and conscientious reporting of developments in your own sales area.
Your profile includes a strong enthusiasm for sales performance, revenue growth, and entrepreneurial thinking. You should have a proven ability to work independently in a field-based role with a structured, reliable, and self-motivated approach. A passion for sales, enjoyment of sales and marketing, and interacting with people is essential. Experience working with UK Consumer Electronics retailers (Currys experience highly desirable) and a willingness to travel extensively within the UK as part of a field-based role are required. A full UK driving licence is necessary, along with previous experience in a Regional Account Manager, Field Sales, or Retail Account role. Experience delivering in-store training or coaching retail colleagues, as well as an understanding of UK retail KPIs, sell-out metrics, and promotional mechanics, is important. You should also be willing to take on responsibility in the interests of the company and its customers.
