NONÓS is a busy Greek restaurant looking for an experienced and confident Team Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead by example, maintain high service standards, and deliver authentic Greek hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the FOH team during daily service.
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
- Train, motivate, and support team members.
- Ensure cleanliness, health & safety, and company procedures are followed.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams.
Requirements
- Previous supervisor or senior FOH experience in hospitality.
- Greek speaking is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
