Join Our Parcel Force Operations Degree Apprenticeship!

Location: London South West - Sutton

Hours: 36 hours per week

Qualification: Degree in Management and Business (BA, BSc, or BBA)

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £24,082

Working Hours: As an Operations Degree Apprentice, you'll work different shifts to experience our 24/7 operations. This includes early, late, and night shifts, as well as some weekends. You'll get plenty of notice for your shift schedules. A full UK driving licence is required as you'll travel to multiple sites.

Shift Patterns:

  • Early shifts (starting around 6am)
  • Late shifts (finishing as late as 10pm)
  • Night shifts (5pm – 4am)

About the Apprenticeship: Over three years, you'll rotate through different depots, hubs, and commercial teams, learning about our parcel journey. You'll gain skills in:

  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Learn about budgeting and profitability.
