- Provide strategic leadership across HR, organisational design and development, learning & development, talent management, wellbeing, and communications.
- Champion ongoing development and enhancement of People and Communications functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Embed a systemic approach to culture, colleague experience, and wellbeing.
- Oversee strategic internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Advise the Executive and Senior Leadership Group on people, culture, and communications matters.
Qualifications
- Extensive senior-level experience in HR, leading strategy and transformation.
- Strong background in organisational design and development, talent, L&D, and wellbeing.
- Proven ability to drive People and Comms initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
