Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 22.5 hours per week, regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings.
Role will include working in our in-store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you will do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service – you will put customers first in everything you do: working in our in-store bakery, responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone’s day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
