We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electronic Trader to join our growing electronic trading team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of electronic execution workflows within the crypto trading industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and expanding our electronic trading infrastructure and client connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding processes for new electronic trading clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal experience.
  • API & FIX Documentation: Maintain, update, and improve technical documentation for REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs.
  • Integration Support: Develop and maintain sample code and technical guides to showcase integration workflows with our trading APIs.
  • Client Support: Provide comprehensive technical and business support to clients, acting as a bridge between trading operations and external stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, order routing, and electronic execution across all trading channels.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze execution performance metrics and PnL reports to support internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and FIX protocol.
  • API Integration: Strong experience integrating with REST and WebSocket APIs.
  • Database Skills: Proficient in SQL, with a focus on PostgreSQL.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of order routing workflows, market structure, and trading protocols in the crypto industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving issues in a fast-paced trading environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with market makers, exchanges, or algorithmic trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring and trading analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in electronic trading.
