- Own the logistics behind our diagnostic kits
- Coordinate orders, inventory, and temperature-sensitive shipments
- Ensuring our processes stay razor-sharp and compliant with international medical standards
- Supporting a team of scientists, clinicians, and innovators working across the globe
- Follow documented procedures to ensure correct collection kit assembly
- Ensure compliance with ISO13485 and ISO15189 regulatory standards
- Pitching in on purchasing, facilities, and admin where needed — you’re the glue that keeps it all together
You will have experience in logistics, shipping or clinical support, as well as some customer interaction experience, attending to the details our customers require. If you are detail-obsessed and super organised, a great communicator with a problem-solving mindset, you will thrive in this position.
