Summary

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team in GB. You will play a vital role in organising customer bookings by managing our customer journey. This is an exciting role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, loves to collaborate with others, and takes pride in seeing events come to life. The position is full-time.

Location: Cannock

Salary: Starting from £22,750 (dependant on previous experience and/or qualifications)

Hours: 35 Hours (Full time, 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide general admin support
  • Update spreadsheets & other internal systems
  • Raise & process invoices
  • Take & track payments
  • Manage inbound & outbound communications
  • Monitor stock levels

Skills and Requirements

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & comfortable learning new systems.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Able to work independently without close supervision
  • Reliable, consistent & able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable handling numbers, invoices & basic accounts tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • At least GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths & English

The role will involve working within a small team and would suit someone with previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Accounts Assistant.
