Wealth Client Onboarding Manager, Private Markets Investment Firm, London
Our client, a private markets manager with semi-liquid/evergreen products, is looking for a Wealth Client Onboarding Manager to join their client servicing function. This person will need experience of the private wealth client channel, client onboarding, distributor platform onboarding, and dealing with transfer agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the client onboarding process from front to back, liaising with teams including fund administration, KYC/AML, and transfer agency to onboard new wealth clients for the firm.
- Manage relationships with operations functions at fund distribution partners.
- Manage ongoing client reporting and management processes.
- Answer client queries as a first point of contact.
- Build and maintain operational processes related to client onboarding, reporting and ongoing client management.
- Continuously identify process improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in private wealth/wealth management/client management/onboarding/servicing.
- Knowledge of alternatives and alternative investments, private equity/private credit products, ideally semi-liquid/evergreen fund structures, UCI Part II.
- Excellent and highly professional communication skills.
