- Preparation and review of quarterly NAVs for closed-ended private credit funds and managed accounts
- Monitoring loan activity (interest accruals, repayments, fees) across a range of senior, unitranche and mezzanine instruments
- Assist in the calculation of management and performance fees in line with LPA terms
- Support the drawdown and distribution process including cash management and investor allocation
- Liaise with third-party administrators to review accounting packs, investor statements, and capital account reporting
- Maintain internal fund models and support internal reporting to investment and risk teams
- Contribute to the preparation of board packs, investor reporting, and audit deliverables
- Assist with fund structuring, transaction closing mechanics, and SPV accounting as required
- Help support ongoing system enhancements and process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years\’ experience in fund accounting or audit, ideally with exposure to private credit, debt funds, or similar alternative asset classes
- Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong technical understanding of closed-ended fund structures and private credit instruments
- Experience working with or reviewing fund administrators
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Investran, Allvue, eFront, or similar is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
