SUMMARY:
A leading investment house with a global mandate is seeking a Power Platform & Applied AI Developer to design, build and support secure, scalable digital solutions across the organisation. Working within the IT Security and Microsoft 365 Engagement team, you will help automate business processes, deliver applied AI solutions and support the responsible adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure services in an enterprise environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions that improve efficiency, control and transparency across the business.
- Develop secure integrations between Power Platform, Azure and third-party systems, translating business requirements into robust, supportable solutions.
- Deliver applied AI and Copilot solutions using approved Microsoft technologies, supporting responsible adoption in line with security and governance standards.
- Contribute to platform governance, including development standards, environment strategy, administration, data loss prevention and CI/CD and ALM practices.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, project teams and BAU teams to identify opportunities, deliver solutions and share knowledge across the organisation.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong, hands-on experience delivering production Power Platform solutions in a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience designing and implementing applied AI solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI, with an understanding of responsible AI principles.
- Knowledge of platform governance, security design, Azure data capabilities and CI/CD and ALM practices using Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to work effectively across business and technical teams, ideally within a regulated or controlled environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and service-focused approach.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; relevant technology qualifications are desirable.
