Investor Services Analyst (Wealth), Private Markets, London

Our client, a leading private markets investment firm, is looking for an Analyst to join their Private Wealth division within Investor Services in London. This will involve collaborating with internal teams including product, legal/compliance, and fund administration, alongside investors, distributors and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support for client onboarding and post-sale services across the firm’s suite of open ended evergreen (semi-liquid) funds
  2. Manage fund onboarding operations across distributor platforms in EMEA and Asia
  3. Support Fund Administrator investor onboarding through coordination with Transfer Agency and compliance teams, handling operational and client service duties for the fund platform
  4. Maintain active relationships between distributor/private banks’ middle office teams, third-party service providers, internal business units, and Fund Administrator teams
  5. Develop and maintain expertise in private bank and investor dealing operational platforms and processes
  6. Design and implement systems and processes to enhance investor service delivery
  7. Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures covering investor maintenance and reporting across various investor and distributor relationships
  8. Innovate solutions to enhance investor and distributor experience while minimising risk and optimising processes
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to Head of the Investor Services team
  10. Support strategic initiatives including new fund launches and process optimisation projects

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  2. Understanding of private wealth clients and distribution channels
  3. Experience in investor servicing, reporting, onboarding, and operations
  4. Knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Luxembourg UCI Part II
  5. Strong relationship management capabilities
  6. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  7. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with close attention to detail
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
