Our client, a global bank, is looking for a high-performing and strategic Head of Credit Trading to head their growing team. They are committed to further developing their already established Fixed Income business, and thus they are open to meeting talent with a proven track record across any Credit product - Flow or Structured. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing desk, drive innovation in trading strategies, and play a key role in shaping the firm's credit markets presence across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of traders across various credit products.
- Define and execute trading strategies that align with the firm's global objectives and risk appetite.
- Oversee market-making and proprietary trading activities, ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Structuring, Research, and Risk to deliver integrated client solutions.
