We are hiring for a top-tier city-based buyside house that has just started the recruitment process for a senior operations professional to manage several operations divisions across their UK business.

This role will oversee and manage several core operational areas within the business, requiring a broad operational background and understanding.

As this is a senior management role, our client is ideally seeking someone with extensive experience in team management and development, along with a keen interest in new technology implementation and rollout. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of these critical areas of the business and providing guidance and support to current sub-team managers and associates on often complex business ideas and issues.
