We act as market makers, trading in fixed income and equity securities, including currencies, interest rates, and credit in cash, derivatives, and structured products. The Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Structuring team seeks a long-term intern to join in London on a 6-month contract. The QIS Structuring team develops and implements systematic trading strategies across asset classes and markets QIS linked transactions. Responsibilities include: Supporting product development and implementation. Marketing and origination of QIS linked transactions. Engaging in the full lifecycle of QIS product development, execution, and client servicing to build relevant skills as a QIS structurer. Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required: Strong interest in quantitative investment strategies and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Understanding of financial derivatives. High attention to detail and strong work ethics. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and good commercial awareness. Effective communication and presentation of technical concepts.
