Description
Strategic Equity Solutions & Financing originator, working across global markets and investment banking to identify corporate equity derivative and fund financing transactions (margin loans, stake building, hedging, monetisation’s, M&A solutions, NAV Financing, Special Situations).
Responsibilities
- Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions
- Managing transactions execution through documentation, committee approval and client management to term
- Collaborating with Relationship holders in IBD, Sponsors Coverage, CFS and Global Markets to identify opportunity
- Adhering to Nomura’s policies and procedures
Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required
- A proven track record in executing equity solution transactions
- Experience in engaging all relevant business lines
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal functions
- Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-starter with the ambition to build a business and own a product area or regional focus
