This opportunity is for an Associate/VP level hire into the FX Options trading desk. The role will focus on analysing trades and risks, developing strategies, market‑making and risk management.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in the concepts of Quantitative Finance and derivatives pricing / modelling
- Ability to communicate effectively as dealing with different stakeholders (i.e. Structuring, Sales, Quant Research and IT) is a major aspect of the role
- Independent thinker
- Strong analytical skills required, programming / spreadsheet writing ability helpful
- Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to multitask in a high pressure/fast paced environment
- Proven ability to learn and understand new concepts
- Willingness to go the extra‑mile when required
