Your mission

At Nomu Pay, we’re rebuilding the future of global payments.

As a fast‑growing fintech operating in a fully cloud‑based, 24/7 regulated environment, we’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Information Security & Corporate IT team.

Working closely with our Head of IT, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our global technology environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technically strong, genuinely passionate about technology, and looking for a hands‑on role where they can develop their skills and make a real impact.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Infrastructure & Endpoint Management
  • Support and optimise our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, Defender and Entra ID.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint security across Windows, mac OS and mobile devices, including day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting and device lifecycle management.
  • Support our Azure, AWS and Google Cloud environments.
  • Assist with identity management, access control and Conditional Access policies.
  • Help maintain the availability, resilience and performance of our business‑critical systems operating 24/7.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Troubleshoot incidents across cloud platforms, Saa S applications and endpoint technologies.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks and infrastructure standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting and modern tooling.
  • Support monitoring, system improvements and platform reliability initiatives.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Support PCI‑DSS compliance activities and audit readiness.
  • Maintain secure infrastructure configurations and security best practices.
  • Work closely with Information Security and Compliance teams to manage risk and improve resilience.
  • Project Delivery
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Roll out new technologies and services across our global workforce.
  • Take ownership of smaller infrastructure initiatives while supporting larger strategic projects.

Your profile

What We're Looking For

You’ll have hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management or a similar technical role, together with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.

Ideally you’ll have experience with

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, Defender and Entra ID)
  • Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows and mac OS
  • Identity and Access Management fundamentals
  • Power Shell or similar scripting languages to automate administrative tasks
  • Azure, AWS or Google Cloud (commercial experience or personal projects)
  • Additional interests
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI‑assisted development ("vibe coding")
  • Tokens and API integrations
  • MCP servers and modern AI tooling

Experience working within a regulated environment (PCI‑DSS or similar) would be advantageous but is not essential.
