Role Overview

The Junior Partner Manager will support and manage a portfolio of strategic and commercial partners while helping to improve how partnerships operate day‑to‑day. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, commercial execution, and internal collaboration, making it ideal for someone early in their partnerships career who wants broad exposure and tangible impact. You will be responsible for owning partner interactions, supporting commercial initiatives, and driving operational efficiency through process improvement and close collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management
    • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of assigned partners (e.g. PSPs, acquirers, payment methods, technology partners).
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for partners, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
    • Support partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing performance tracking.
    • Prepare partner reviews, reports, and action plans.
  • Partnership Operations & Efficiency
    • Help design, document, and improve partnership processes (onboarding, reporting, issue resolution, renewals).
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and work with internal teams to resolve them.
    • Maintain accurate partner CRM data, documentation, and performance trackers.
    • Support tooling, templates, and playbooks that improve scalability and consistency.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Coordinate with Sales to support partner‑led opportunities and deals.
    • Work with Product and Operations teams to resolve partner issues and deliver on commitments.
    • Liaise with Legal and Compliance to support contracts and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure partners are aligned with Nomupay’s product roadmap and commercial priorities.
  • Commercial Support
    • Assist with partner agreements, amendments, and renewals.
    • Support commercial analysis, pricing discussions, and performance metrics.
    • Help identify upsell, cross‑sell, or expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.

Qualifications Required

  • 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, account management, operations, or a commercial role.
  • Experience working with external partners, clients, or vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Comfortable working across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Exposure to partner onboarding, integrations, or operational processes.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and basic commercial analysis.
  • Experience working with international partners across regions and time zones.
