NomosFIT are looking for a motivated and dynamic Lawyer Solutions & Engagement Manager. This is a fast-paced and exciting role, acting as the conduit between our Client Services & Partnerships teams and Talent Acquisition & Recruitment. This role could also suit someone from a Recruitment background looking to step away from the day-to-day client focus, BD targeted and cold calling environment; whilst still having client interaction, the role is more focused on working closely with our lawyers.

With our unique position in the market; backed by the world-class management consultancy, Alvarez & Marsal, our close ties with international law firm, Broadfield LLP, and working closely alongside one of the premier global search firms in London, ECB Star, NomosFIT are exceptionally well positioned to deliver fractional and interim consultancy services to a wide range of clients and sectors.
Ideally you will have previous ALSP experience with a background in helping to provide consulting-led solutions, particularly within legal, professional services or recruitment sectors with a focus on the fractional and interim market. A proven track record of engaging and dealing with senior lawyers at Partner and GC level, working with a range of leading In House organisations and law firms would be expected.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role will be a key hire in NomosFIT’s next growth phase and will give high-level exposure both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Client Services & Partnerships team with projects, hiring mandates and resourcing needs as well as working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment to manage and maintain our lawyer pools.
- Client Engagement: Joining initial scoping calls with clients to understand the outline and scope of projects to determine which of our lawyers are most suitable.
- Placement Support: Managing end-to-end placement for our lawyers with clients to ensure continued success.
- Relationship Building: Acting as a key point of escalation for client/candidate issues.
- Strategic Projects: Leading initiatives related to lawyer engagement and contributing to client service best practices.
- Previous experience in: Consultancy, ALSPs, Professional Services, Legal recruitment or Resourcing would be advantageous.
- Communication: High-level verbal and written communication, capable of engaging with paralegals to senior executives.
- Organisation: Ability to manage high-volume, competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with high EQ and a proactive approach.
