We are looking for an experienced investment funds lawyer for an interim engagement with a highly regarded legal services client connected to the wider professional services ecosystem.
This opportunity would suit a senior lawyer who is comfortable operating in a hands-on execution-heavy role, supporting a busy funds practice across a range of investment fund, asset management, and transactional matters. The work is likely to include supporting across international fund structuring and formation, regulatory and compliance matters, institutional investor work, pension fund-related matters, and broader corporate/transactional crossover.
Experience working closely with international clients, accountants, tax advisers, and other lawyers across complex structures would be particularly useful. Any of the following expertise would be valuable:
- Investment funds, private funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, or asset management
- Fund structuring, formation, amendments, wind-ups, or ongoing fund advisory work
- Familiarity with FCA/regulatory rules and guidance relating to investment funds or asset management
- Institutional investor or pension fund-related work
- International structuring, tax/compliance considerations and cross-border fund matters
- Cayman, Channel Islands, and/or Bermuda fund structures
