Interim Commercial Lawyer in England

This is an interim opportunity for TWO senior commercial lawyers, to assist our multinational FMCG client with a significant divestment. The roles are full-time and each of 12 months duration, to start from January 2026 or potentially sooner.

Flexible remote working is available, and there will be travel to the EU for key meetings as part of this role.

The successful lawyers will manage a broad range of contracts works associated with the divestment, such as supplier agreements, IT, procurement, HR/employment, IP and software licensing and trademark protection.

Previous experience with a similar transaction, especially within FMCG, is preferred.
