We partner with leading private equity firms, portfolio companies and high-growth businesses, deploying high-calibre legal consultants on complex, business-critical engagements.
We are looking to speak with senior lawyers with experience across the energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors who are interested in interim, fractional, or project-based consulting work. We are particularly interested in lawyers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, battery storage or grid infrastructure
- Project finance, acquisition finance or structured financing for energy/infrastructure assets
- PPAs, offtake arrangements, grid connection agreements and power procurement
