This is an interim Legal Counsel opportunity for a senior Italian-speaking Corporate/Commercial lawyer, for a 9 month period beginning as soon as possible.
- The role is available either part-time or full-time, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
- The successful applicant is ideally located in London, although there is flexibility on location (including remote working) for the right candidate.
- The ability to draft in both Italian and English is essential and the applicant will ideally be Italian-qualified.
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required for this role.
- The work will focus on general corporate matters, commercial contracts, commercial law and other matters expected of a General Counsel's office.
- Fluent French would be advantageous but is not essential.
The role is with the in-house legal team of a major international consulting company, which encompasses a variety of consulting practices including private equity, transactional, performance improvement and tax. Experience of similar professional services would be a bonus. The successful applicant will work with a local team in Italy that regularly interacts with the global client's international legal team.
