Nomios is op zoek naar een gedreven Business Development Representative (BDR) om ons commerciële team te versterken. In deze junior rol werk je nauw samen met marketing én sales om nieuwe contacten te leggen bij onze target accounts. Geen koude acquisitie in het wilde weg, maar slimme outreach op basis van data en campagnes – met ondersteuning van tools zoals Hubspot.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Proactief benaderen van prospects via e-mail, telefoon en social media.
  • Onderhouden en opvolgen van leads vanuit marketingcampagnes en events.
  • Kwalificeren van inkomende én outbound leads op behoefte en relevantie.
  • Inplannen van afspraken voor onze accountmanagers en sales consultants.
  • Bouwen aan relaties met IT-professionals zoals netwerkbeheerders, security engineers en IT-managers.
  • Verwerken en up-to-date houden van je activiteiten in Hubspot CRM.
  • Sparren met marketing over campagnes en nieuwe benaderingsstrategieën.
  • Samenwerken met het sales team om kansen te signaleren en deals te versnellen.

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, sociaal en weet vertrouwen te wekken in een eerste gesprek.
  • Je kunt helder en overtuigend communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, laat je niet uit het veld slaan en denkt commercieel.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT of technologie en staat open om hierin te groeien.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende teams.
  • Bekendheid met Hubspot of vergelijkbare tools is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
