In support of our continued growth, we are Business Development Representative to join our UK&I team and focus on pro-active outbound lead generation and pipeline development. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a desire to grow their career within a fast-paced, innovative and rapidly growing cybersecurity business. This is a key role supporting revenue growth through outbound lead generation, sales pipeline development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your role as Nomios UK&I Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nomios UK&I, your primary focus will be on outbound lead generation to support our growth strategy. You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping drive awareness and demand for our cybersecurity and networking solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, motivated by clear goals and a sense of progress as well as passionate about opening doors and creating opportunities.
You will engage with key stakeholders across various industries through a combination of proactive outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement and event follow-ups. By identifying needs and qualifying interest, you will help build a strong sales pipeline for our commercial team.
Working closely with marketing and sales colleagues, you’ll also provide feedback on campaign performance and help refine our approach to prospecting. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in our commercial engine, with potential career progression into account management.
Your role is all about creating commercial traction. As a Business Development Representative, you\’ll be at the forefront of identifying and connecting with new prospects, helping grow the Nomios client base.

Job Specifics

Location: This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional home working by agreement (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm but flexibility will be required when attending events and customer visits.

Travel: This role may occasionally require travel to customer sites and events. A full UK driving licence is required.
