This is a hands-on technical role focused on networking, systems administration and automation, supporting the ongoing development, performance and security of our internal infrastructure.They will be comfortable working across multiple technology domains, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and helping to ensure our infrastructure remains secure, reliable and scalable.Your role as IT SpecialistAs an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, support and continuous improvement of Nomios' infrastructure. Working across networking, systems and automation, you will help ensure our environments remain secure, reliable and capable of supporting the continued growth of the business.You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver infrastructure projects, improve operational efficiency through automation and maintain the high standards of service our teams depend upon every day.Designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise networking and systems infrastructure.Managing and optimising LAN services, routing technologies and overall system performance.Administering Windows and Linux environments while ensuring security, reliability and performance.Supporting Microsoft cloud and workplace technologies where required, including providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence.Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver infrastructure projects and service improvements.Contributing to the ongoing development of secure, resilient and well-governed IT services.RequirementsWe're seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong foundation in networking, systems administration and automation.We're looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in networking, systems administration and automation who is comfortable working across a broad infrastructure landscape.
