Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth and accurate renewal of service contracts, working closely with our Sales team and collaborating with vendors. You will play a vital role in reviewing service agreements, aligning data, and leveraging analytics to improve processes and maintain operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-focused, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and supporting your colleagues. This role would suit an experienced Service Renewals Executive with strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in managing customer contracts and renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Playing a key role in the renewals process, ensuring support contracts are renewed in a timely manner.
  • Producing regular reports for Sales teams on expired and upcoming renewals, tracking metrics and identifying opportunities.
  • Supporting account managers with strategic renewals for key accounts, including combining and co-terming contracts.
  • Communicating essential information to vendors to ensure partner support aligns with agreed contracts.
  • Validating the accuracy of service agreement data, including serial numbers, hardware locations, and SLAs.
  • Performing health checks on service agreements, reviewing purchase orders, and suggesting amendments to improve processes.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of service decline forms and reporting any quality assurance issues to management.
  • Collaborating with Business Operations and Service Delivery Managers to ensure accurate audits and database accuracy.

Additional requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working within cyber security or with cyber vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Experience in data mapping, validation, and audits.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Degree or equivalent preferred.

Job Specifics

  • Location: This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional home-working by agreement.
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
