Screening Requirements:

This role requires successful completion of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) screening prior to commencement. BPSS is a government‑mandated pre‑employment check that includes identity verification, right to work, employment history, and criminal record screening. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken, additional security clearance at Security Check (SC) level or above may also be required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo the necessary vetting processes.

Job Requirements:

• Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
• Liaise internally with consultants, business development and management.
• Communicate with clients and external partners.
• Work on a variety of cyber security projects.
• Coordinate projects, allocate resources and schedule work.

• A background in customer service or experience within an operational capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and quality.
• Strong time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with challenging situations, with excellent issue resolution skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Self‑starter and proactive mentality.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to multi‑task and deliver under pressure.
• Previous experience in IT / Information security would be an advantage. However, full training will be provided.
