In this role you will manage a portfolio of change across key customer-facing products and platforms, shaping roadmaps and delivery strategies.
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of large programmes, ensuring value realization and alignment with strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated roadmaps across multiple workstreams and operational teams
- Monitor portfolio performance with appropriate metrics
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes with significant technology components
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Ensure portfolio delivers within scope, timelines, budget and benefits
- Align portfolio outcomes with strategy and track benefits realization
- Support annual planning and budgeting for portfolio stability
- Stakeholder management including executives/sponsors, communications, and reporting
- Resource planning and conflict resolution; coach and enable teams to deliver
- Change management to sustain outcomes post-delivery
- Supplier and partner management as needed
- Contribute to best practices and consistent delivery approaches
- Key requirements
- People management of 4-6 professionals
- Demonstrable portfolio management across demand and delivery lifecycle
- Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and waterfall (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP) frameworks
- Substantial delivery experience across multiple programmes/projects
- Experience managing software development or complex projects
- Expert stakeholder management including external partners
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Project
