In this PMO lead role, you will define and govern investment lifecycle delivery across hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) environments.
You’ll guide governance, reporting, and QA for demand and delivery portfolios, ensuring plans meet business objectives.
You’ll establish processes for capacity planning, budgeting, and resource scheduling, while building a community of practice around best methods.

Responsibilities
- Define end‑to‑end investment lifecycle delivery methods across Agile & Waterfall
- Develop transition plan from current to target state methods
- Build a community of practice for best practices and continuous improvement
- Support Executives/Sponsors with understanding of methods and accountabilities
- Ensure effective communications and reporting to meet business objectives
- Establish regular cadence of governance meetings and portfolio reporting
- Manage PMO processes: resourcing, budgeting & estimating, scheduling, quality control, reporting
- Own document repositories and guidance on tools/templates to support methods
- Review materials with delivery community before decision points to ensure quality
- Identify interventions with Head of Transformation and Executives/Sponsors to resolve blockers
- Key requirements
- Experience in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP) delivery frameworks
- Project management across multiple projects/industries with varied roles
