The Role
The Registry Services Specialist will help Product Managers create robust, valuable and deliverable user stories for our Registry Services Platform. Furthermore, they will be used as an industry expert by the wider Product team to help guide product ideation, design and creation by adding context and deep understanding of our customer needs. Collaboration will be key in this role. The Registry Services Specialist will be the expert in the intricacies behind our Registry products and assist the Customer Success.
