UK domains, our DNS expertise also underpins critical internet infrastructure that government services, including the NHS, rely on.We've donated millions to projects that use technology to improve people's lives and have committed to delivering 60m worth of support over the next three years.The Role:The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Nominet's customer marketing strategy to drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth for the registry business.You'll lead a small high-performing team, oversee the full marketing mix, and work closely with Commercial, Product, Customer Success and Corporate Affairs teams.What You'll Be Doing:Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives, growth targets, and Nominet's role as the trusted .UK brand and registry services, ensuring clear, consistent and trusted messaging.Drive thought leadership through content, events, insights and sector engagement.Deliver multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital, paid, organic, email, social and partnerships.Oversee performance of customer websites and registrar resources, ensuring accessible and compliant customer journeys.Work closely with Product and Commercial teams on new product development, pricing strategy and propositions.Build relationships with customers, government bodies, regulators, industry partners and strategic accounts.Develop dashboards, KPIs, ROI reporting and insight-led performance improvements.Manage the marketing budget and agency/supplier relationships.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.About You:CIM qualification or equivalent professional marketing accreditation.Proven senior marketing leadership experience within a digital services, regulated, B2B or data-led environment.Strong background in brand, digital marketing, customer segmentation and integrated campaigns.Strong analytical capability with expertise in CRM, web analytics, insight-led marketing and optimisation.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.Knowledge of UK public sector frameworks, procurement and digital accessibility standards.Experience of the articulation of pricing strategy and product marketing for data or digital service products.Working at Nominet:Our Values:We Make Things HappenWe Pull TogetherWe Bring A Positive MindsetWe Keep It SimpleOur people make things happen, but our values are our compass as a company, guiding our day-to-day work and building our culture.
