  • Lead management of the .UK brand and registry services, ensuring clear, consistent and trusted messaging.
  • Drive thought leadership through content, events, insights and sector engagement.
  • Deliver multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital, paid, organic, email, social and partnerships.
  • Oversee performance of customer websites and registrar resources, ensuring accessible and compliant customer journeys.
  • Work closely with Product and Commercial teams on new product development, pricing strategy and propositions.
  • Use customer, market and competitor insight to shape propositions, campaigns and service uptake.
  • Build relationships with customers, government bodies, regulators, industry partners and strategic accounts.
  • Grow Nominet’s presence with global and regional stakeholders including ICANN and CENTR.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, ROI reporting and insight-led performance improvements.
  • Manage the marketing budget and agency/supplier relationships.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Extended Leadership Team.

About You:

  • CIM qualification or equivalent professional marketing accreditation.
  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience within a digital services, regulated, B2B or data-led environment.
  • Experience working in a TLD registry, domains business, or comparable statutory / membership / professional registry environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in brand, digital marketing, customer segmentation and integrated campaigns.
  • Demonstrable success driving revenue growth, product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical capability with expertise in CRM, web analytics, insight-led marketing and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a customer‑centric mindset.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of UK public sector frameworks, procurement and digital accessibility standards.
