Job Title: Senior Property Manager Location: Belfast BT9 Salary and Benefits: Up to £40k per annum plus Bonus Hours of Work: Mon Fri 9am-5.15pm Employment Type- Permanent The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit a Senior Property Manager to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all Finance, Administration, and Customer Service activities relating to their portfolio of multi-unit residential property management companies The Right role: Duties of the role will include: Developing and implementing AGM calendar for Portfolio Responsible for AGM, Quarterly or ad hoc Meetings and implementation of all associated action points arising from meeting. Communication of all AGM Minutes and correspondence to relevant internal and external stakeholders (directors, shareholders, solicitors etc.) Overseeing Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Portfolio Overseeing Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Portfolio Developing and Implementing Service Charge Budgeting for Portfolio Completion and Approving Periodic Service Charge Accounts of Portfolio for presentation to Internal and External stakeholders (i.e. directors, shareholders, solicitors etc) Overseeing Management of all Company Secretarial matters for Portfolio. Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Portfolio. Management of all matters arising from Insurance Claims for the Portfolio. Logging on QUBE all telephone, e mail, fax and letter communications The Right Fit: Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Senior Property Management / Property Management role.
