• Full driving licence required
• Salary: Up to £30k per annum plus Bonus
• Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30, Sat 09:30-12:30 (rota basis)
• Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role: Nominate Recruitment is partnering with a successful Property Business, one of the largest agencies known for high customer service. The Property Manager will be responsible for:

1. Preparing paperwork for marketing purposes
2. Advertising properties on portals and social media
3. Conducting accompanied viewings
4. Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings
5. Preparing tenancy paperwork
6. Registering landlords and deposits
7. Managing tenancy renewals
8. Scheduling inspections and repairs

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in property management
• Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Degree or equivalent in Property/Building Surveying
