Overview
Customer Engagement Specialist. Antrim | Hybrid Working Available. Salary up to Β£28,000 per annum. Hours: Monday β Friday, 9:00am β 5:30pm.
We are delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking company based in Antrim, who are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team and customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
- Answer and appropriately forward incoming calls.
- Manage workloads efficiently and ensure timely progression through to invoicing.
- Design and implement effective communication plans and personalised customer touchpoints.
- Track customer engagement behaviour and produce reports to identify trends and insights.
- Engage proactively with customers: address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Provide technical and product support, guiding users and troubleshooting problems.
- Develop positive rapport and advocate for customers internally.
- Implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer engagement role, administrative, or customer service role.
- Experience with line of business applications and invoicing.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or technical environments.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools, e-commerce platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
