This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, Executive Support Professional, or Practice Executive who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and schedule management for Partners and senior leadership
  • Coordinating international travel, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Organising meetings, conferences, and global visits
  • Project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Managing events, client lunches, dinners, and business functions
