The Right Role:
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations
- Manage a portfolio of properties for sale
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and communication
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Support marketing efforts including listings, photography, online content, and property brochures
- Stay informed of local property market trends and legislation
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to progress transactions
The Right Fit:
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings essential (residential or commercial)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
