Nominate Recruitment have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's leading Media and Events organisations, to recruit an Events Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, ambitious and enthusiastic Events Executive who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll play a key role in delivering successful conferences and events from concept through to completion while also supporting the company's publications.
The Role
- Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences and events from initial planning through to successful completion.
- Liaise with speakers, arranging travel, accommodation and event logistics.
- Support the Event Manager with all operational requirements during live events.
- Manage exhibition and sponsorship bookings while identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Maintain accurate company databases and contact records.
- Provide editorial support through research, proofreading and fact-checking for publications.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of event planning and delivery.
About You
- We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional events.
- You'll be confident managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and building strong professional relationships.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A genuine passion for events, communications and delivering first-class customer experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate-level education.
- A minimum of two years' experience within events coordination or a similar role is desirable.
- Flexibility to attend conferences and events, including occasional overnight stays, early mornings and late evenings.
