This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a thriving business, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, overseeing lettings activity and ensuring a high standard of service for landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. Oversee the lettings process, including advertising properties, arranging viewings, processing applications and coordinating tenancy agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other key stakeholders. Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, repairs and compliance requirements. Handle tenant enquiries, resolve issues and manage complaints in a professional and timely manner. Monitor tenancy renewals, rent reviews and lease expiries, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently and cost-effectively. Maintain accurate property records, tenancy documentation and management reports. Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and managed in line with relevant legislation and company procedures. Previous experience in property management, lettings or a similar property-related role. A strong understanding of the lettings process and tenancy management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and external contractors. Skills: property lettings Management
