About the Role

We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing serviced workplace provider in the heart of Belfast City Centre to recruit a Front of House / Member Associate. This is a varied, hands-on position that blends front-of-house excellence with operational support and community engagement. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and fully functional workspace, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for members and visitors
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day member queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Support the smooth running of workspace operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Assist with workspace systems and technology, helping members to work effectively with minimal disruption
  • Monitor and maintain meeting rooms, communal areas, and overall workspace presentation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to a positive, engaging community environment within the workspace

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident supporting basic workplace systems and technology
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
