My client, a growing and innovative business within the membership and rewards sector, is seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand their partner network across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in partnerships, commercial growth, and business development. You will play a key role in securing exclusive offers, discounts, and rewards that enhance the value of Membership Plus and Perks cardholders.

The Role

You will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle from identifying and approaching new venues to negotiating commercial agreements and managing ongoing relationships. Working closely with businesses across hospitality, retail, leisure, and lifestyle sectors, you will secure high-value partnerships that strengthen the overall member offering while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new venue partners across NI & ROI
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through HubSpot, phone calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings
  • Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective partners
  • Negotiate exclusive offers, discounts, and promotional packages
  • Manage and renew existing partner agreements, identifying opportunities to improve terms and grow relationships
  • Promote and sell Perks cards directly to venue partners
