Overview
We are a well‑established recruitment agency seeking a proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team and customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support, answer and appropriately forward incoming calls.
- Manage workloads efficiently and ensure timely progression through to invoicing.
- Design and implement effective communication plans and personalised customer touchpoints.
- Track customer engagement behaviour, produce reports to identify trends and insights, and engage proactively with customers to resolve issues and escape escalation.
- Provide technical and product support, guide users and troubleshoot problems, develop positive rapport and advocate for customers internally, implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programmes, and upsell/cross‑sell initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer engagement, administrative or customer service role.
- Experience with line of business applications and invoicing.
- Background in SaaS, e‑commerce or technical environments.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools, e‑commerce platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
