Nominate Recruitment are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our client within the construction sector based in Dundonald. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of projects. This role will involve handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing accommodation bookings, dealing with queries, and supporting accounts administration functions. Key Responsibilities o Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team. o Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. o Update internal systems with project data and ensure compliance with company processes. • Accommodation & Logistics: o Arrange accommodation and travel for project teams working on-site. o Manage booking schedules and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective arrangements. o Handle any last-minute changes or issues related to bookings. • Communication & Queries: o Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries related to projects. o Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve queries promptly. • Accounts Administration: o Assist with processing purchase orders and invoices. o Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with the accounts team for timely payments. ________________________________________ Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage or similar) is desirable. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
