The Right role:
- Manage the full lettings process from property listing, tenant sourcing, referencing, and tenancy agreements through to move-in.
- Ensure properties meet all legal safety requirements (e.g., gas safety, EPC, EICR).
- Handle renewals, rent reviews, and terminations.
- Resolve tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally.
Property Management
The Right Fit:
- Previous experience in a property environment is essential.
- Clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
