– Nominate Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Business. Fast becoming one of the largest agencies, they provide high levels of customer service to all clients. They are seeking a Lettings / Property Manager to join their successful team.

The Right role:

  1. Manage the full lettings process from property listing, tenant sourcing, referencing, and tenancy agreements through to move-in.
  2. Ensure properties meet all legal safety requirements (e.g., gas safety, EPC, EICR).
  3. Handle renewals, rent reviews, and terminations.
  4. Resolve tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally.

Property Management

The Right Fit:

  • Previous experience in a property environment is essential.
  • Clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use.
  • Third-level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying.
  • Previous experience in a lettings management role.
