Job Description:
The Right Client – Nominate Recruitment are partnering with a successful IT & Office Solutions company looking for an I.T Managed Services Network Engineer.
The successful candidate will undertake a senior engineer role within the team, supporting with security, cloud services (MS365 and Azure), and client/server troubleshooting. The primary focus will be on supporting and developing wired and wireless networking across the customer base.
The Right role:
- Manage workload and prioritize multiple tickets while meeting SLA thresholds for incidents, requests, and problems.
- Take full technical responsibility for incidents, requests, and problems, conducting diagnostics with end-users to ensure resolution and project completion.
- Act as an escalation point for support from support tiers 4. Provide onsite technical support, engaging confidently and professionally.
The Right Fit:
The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a network-focused role, with experience as a technical lead or in project management for complex deployments. HPE/Aruba experience and certification are advantageous. Familiarity with ClearPass or similar solutions and cloud management tools like Central is desirable.
