Front of House Receptionist – Belfast City Centre

Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm | Office Based

We are delighted to be recruiting a Front of House Receptionist to join a highly regarded professional organisation based in Belfast City Centre. It is an excellent opportunity to become the first point of contact for members, clients, and visitors, while delivering a high-quality, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all visitors, members, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide an exceptional end-to-end service for members and external clients.
  • Answer and manage all incoming reception switchboard calls, fielding enquiries across the organisation as required.
  • Oversee and manage bookings for meeting spaces, ensuring smooth coordination and professional standards.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly and maintained to agreed procedures.
  • Manage refreshments provision, including catering orders, set-up, tidying, and replenishment.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
